We are seeking a skilled and strategic Website Operations Manager to lead the development and performance of our digital experience platform. This role combines technical expertise with a user-focused mindset to ensure our website reflects modern design principles, delivers seamless user experiences, and aligns with corporate and regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for managing the website’s roadmap, implementing new features, and ensuring compliance with accessibility and SEO best practices. This is a collaborative role, working closely with marketing, communications, and external vendors to deliver a high-performing digital presence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and maintenance of the website, ensuring it meets modern design, accessibility, and functionality standards.
- Stay current with digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams including brand, PR, social media, and internal communications to align web strategies with broader campaigns.
- Ensure timely implementation of website updates and features in line with project timelines.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and coordinate improvements based on data insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Support regional marketing teams with content strategy and publication processes.
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of SEO, web development, and W3C standards.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely or equivalents).
- Experience implementing and maintaining accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Knowledge of user journey design and website content best practices.
