Windows 11 Engineer
A Windows 11 Engineer is required for our client based in Oldham, for an initial 6-month contract. This role is full time on site (likely to move to around 4 days eventually and 1 day remote), therefore please only apply if you are able to commit to this.
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to support enterprise-wide device rollout initiatives. This role focuses on modern device provisioning using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and handover of Windows 11 devices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer-facing skills, and an understanding of conditional access policies and secure endpoint management.

- Windows Autopilot & Intune Deployment
- Device Preparation & Resealing
- Customer Interaction & Handover - Serve as the primary point of contact during device rollout and onboarding.
- Conditional Access & Security
- Project Coordination & Reporting - Work closely with the project manager, Deployment lead, Service Desk and Field Service technicians to align deployment timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Windows 10/11 deployment in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot.
- Understanding of conditional access, Azure AD, and device compliance.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and cloud-based services.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell) is a plus.
