Reed.ai is looking for an Analyst to join their team in Holborn, London.

Overview

We’re looking for an analytical problem solver who can support Reed.ai, a recruitment start up within the Reed Group, to analyse the product, marketing, commercial and customer functions to help fuel understanding and growth. New to the market, this is a rare opportunity to take a supporting a business to make the right decisions from Beta launch to full market release and beyond, shaping its trajectory at every stage.

You’ll support the COO and department heads with setting up key reporting, diving deep into strategic problems and analysing problems to make the best decisions possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up reporting tooling for weekly, periodic and Board meetings
  • Work in a project like format to ensure datasets are developed and stored in a way that supports Reed.ai to grow
  • Problem solve in sprint formats looking at specific hypothesis or data trends to develop a well rounded understanding
  • Present findings to key stakeholders in the Reed.ai team using data visualisation and story telling
  • Prioritise workflow to meet the requirements of regular reporting v new analysis

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years+ experience in analytics
  • Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Experience with Python for advanced data analysis, statistical modelling, and automation
  • Comfortable with a variety of data sets, testing methodologies, and success metrics
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and visualisation tools)
  • Understanding of performance product and marketing channels
  • Experience with ad trafficking, tracking mechanisms, and digital marketing platforms
  • Attention to detail, pursuit of the truth
