Junior CX and Product Executive

Overview

Are you interested in CX and Product? We are looking for someone to support the CX and Product function of a newly launched AI recruitment product - Reed.ai.

The successful candidate will play a core role in supporting the Product Director, Product Manager and Sales team to ensure that the product is running smoothly and that customers are getting the best possible experience of it whilst we establish product market fit.

They will be adaptable to support customers, sales and operations however is needed and be a keen problem solver, bringing new innovative ideas and workarounds to the table. They will be a great communicator that is able to work with the product, sales and marketing team to solve customer problems and improve the product for future users.

They should be interested in product, sales and customer experience as well as keen to learn about the operations of running a start up.

We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, has strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business customers using the product
• Support candidates using the product
• Support analysis of the product including collating feedback across sources
• Support sales team with outreach and holiday cover
• Support business and product strategy with desk research

The responsibilities and key tasks for this role will evolve over time as the focus shifts from beta to full launch and beyond.

Skills and Experience

• Proactive, positive, self-starter and team player, who is keen to continually improve processes
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically
• Desirable to have experience working with customers
• Open to recent graduates and school leavers who can demonstrate prior relevant experience
