Reed Online is looking for a Junior Product Analyst to join their team in Holborn, London.

Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Product Analyst to join our Analytics team. You’ll help track KPIs, build dashboards, and analyse customer behaviour across web and mobile products, supporting data-driven decisions. Working with experienced analysts, you’ll also gain exposure to experimentation and optimisation. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of reports and dashboards that track product performance and key customer behaviours.
  • Assist in monitoring KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Help with analysis of customer journeys across web and mobile products, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the setup and analysis of experiments and optimisation tests, working with senior team members to interpret results.
  • Work closely with Product Analysts and Product Owners to provide data that informs decision-making.
  • Learn and develop skills in digital analytics tools, SQL, and data visualisation platforms.
  • Take part exploratory and proactive analysis across the product areas and present these findings back to stakeholders
  • Support the product team in operational challenges, including vendor analysis

About You

  • A genuine interest in data, digital products, and customer behaviour.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a curiosity to ask “why.”
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly.
  • Some experience (academic, project-based, or work-related) with data analysis — e.g. using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Exposure to analytics or visualisation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) is desirable, but not essential.
  • Eagerness to learn new technical skills, tools, and analytical techniques.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with colleagues across different teams.
