About the role Our Product Management team is laser-focused on delivering great user experiences, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs through research, data analysis, and market insight.
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a strategically important domain - one that spans multiple product areas and underpins key experiences across our platform. You'll work closely with AI and engineering team members on a day-to-day basis, shaping the strategic direction of your domain and enabling the delivery of compelling, data-informed user experiences.

You'll also assist the Director of Product in driving alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Product/SLT to define and deliver a strategic product roadmap for your domain, driven by data, user research and market insight
- Manage and mentor other Product Managers, supporting their growth, unblocking their challenges, and driving alignment across your domain and others
- Create and maintain a prioritised product backlog parallel tracking discovery and delivery
- Define, track and measure OKRs ensuring tangible improvement to performance metrics
- Champion a test-and-learn culture grounded in data and customer insight, balancing experimentation with pragmatic delivery
- Create a strong voice-of-customer feedback loop for your domain, ensuring user needs are understood and surpassed
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria for your cross-functional Product team to build against
- Build strong relationships across engineering, design, commercial, marketing, and data teams - collaborating effectively to prioritise and execute against the roadmap
- Provide strong stakeholder management, clearly communicating priorities, progress, trade-offs and opportunities
- Act as a role model, actively contributing to a positive working culture within Product & Design
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions that drive commercial and customer value
- Experience defining product roadmaps driven by data, user research and market insight
- Proven expertise in developing voice-of-customer feedback loops and usability testing to inform product improvements
- Experienced at analysing data, running A/B tests and tracking product performance to drive measurable improvements in OKRs, with a strong commercial skill set
- Strong product prioritisation skills, with a tool kit of prioritisation models such as RICE and MoSCow
- Deep empathy for customer needs with a proven track record of reducing friction, simplifying user journeys and reducing cognitive load
- Confident working with change and ambiguity, able to balance high level strategic thinking and technical detail
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of business drivers and success metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills - able to bring diverse perspectives together towards a shared vision
- Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers, creating empowerment and enabling them to succeed
- An understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised & unsupervised learning, LLMs, generative models, etc.
- Demonstrable data literacy skills, ability to manipulate and interpret datasets unaided, including experiment results.
- Strong technical grounding, able to comfortably have conversations with engineering colleagues on technical subjects.
- Experience with search technology, recruitment tech or marketplaces is a plus, but not essential.
