Product Manager
Reed.ai is looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Holborn, London.
Overview
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Manager to lead the growth of a brand-new AI recruitment platform as it prepares to enter the market this summer. This is a rare opportunity to take a product from Beta launch to full market release and beyond, shaping its trajectory at every stage.
You'll play a central role in transitioning product ownership from an external agency to an in-house team, while driving product-market fit, user adoption, and long-term innovation. This is a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up-within a startup-style venture backed by the strength and stability of an established business.
Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity, experimentation, and impact-and help redefine the future of recruitment through intelligent, human-centered technology
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of product management from agency-led to in-house ownership, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with the broader product and technology strategy.
- Adapt the roadmap with agility to respond to user needs, business priorities, and market trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver new features, enhancements, and experiments.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and manage BAU operations, including support, maintenance, and user engagement strategies.
- Partner with customer experience, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of AI and recruitment technology trends to inform product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a tech startup or innovation-led environment.
- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, from MVP to scale.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Experience conducting market analysis and customer research to shape product direction.
- Understanding of product design, testing methodologies, and success metrics.
- Background in SaaS or B2B product environments is highly desirable.
- Recruitment or HR tech experience or experience transitioning products from agency to in-house is helpful but not essential
