Senior Product Analyst

Reed.co.uk is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join their team in Holborn, London.

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Product Analyst to lead our analytics function and help shape the future of Reed.co.uk. This is your chance to set the standard for product measurement, mentor a talented team, and turn data into strategies that transform customer experience.

You’ll be the go-to expert, working hand-in-hand with product and engineering to embed analytics into everything we build. From defining KPIs to running experiments, optimising conversion and delivering insights that drive product strategy, this is a role where your impact will be felt across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts, setting direction, ensuring quality, and developing their skills
  • Define frameworks and KPIs that measure product success and guide decision-making across web and mobile
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to shape roadmaps and embed analytics in every stage of development
  • Analyse customer journeys end-to-end, uncovering insights that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualisations that make insights accessible and actionable for teams across the business
  • Own our CRO programme — designing robust A/B and multivariate tests, monitoring outcomes, and embedding a culture of experimentation
  • Spot opportunities for optimisation and recommend strategies that directly impact growth, conversion, and customer experience
  • Champion best practices in analytics — from advanced statistical methods to new tools and techniques that push our capability forward

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in product, insights, or digital analytics .
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire analysts
  • A strategic thinker who can influence product direction and bring stakeholders on the journey
  • Strong SQL expertise and confident with complex queries
  • Skilled in visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and presenting data in a way that drives action
  • Hands-on with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
  • Deep experience in experimentation and CRO , including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Excellent communicator and a passion for continuous learning and pushing analytical boundaries
