Reed.ai is looking for a Strategic Delivery Lead to join their team in Holborn, London.
Overview
We’re looking for a Strategic Delivery Lead who will be part of the leadership team of Reed.ai, a recruitment start up within the Reed Group, to lead strategic development and delivery.
You’ll support the Managing Director and leadership team to define strategic objectives and then oversee the delivery of the strategic processes and initiatives from an execution, tracking and reporting perspective.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional levels of Programme & Project Management and implementation of robust System of Delivery Framework.
- Help to drive the strategic governance framework and oversee management of the Business Portfolio.
- Financial management - oversee the delivery of the financial planning cycle including financial forecasting, business case development and tracking ROI
- Drive a technology migration project
- Develop international expansion business case

Skills and Experience
- Results driven, able to problem solve and make things happen quickly whilst influencing and motivating others.
- Strong attention to detail, highly professional with quality written and verbal communications
- Inquisitive and tenacious in nature with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong facilitation skills with situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment.
- Ability to travel infrequently for international expansion
- 5+ years experience of managing senior software development project / programme / delivery managers.
- Proven end-to-end delivery of web and mobile products / applications.
- Experience of overseeing projects / programmes using Agile development frameworks including Scrum & Kanban
- Deep understanding of the full product development life cycle.
- Highly experienced in managing off-shore development teams, 3rd party suppliers and dealing with all associated commercials (no legal qualification required).
