Responsibilities

Product Innovation & Customer Impact

• Drive the end-to-end development of customer-facing features that directly impact user experience and business outcomes
• Transform complex IoT data streams into intuitive, actionable insights for logistics professionals
• Design and build responsive web applications that handle real-time tracking data from millions of labels worldwide
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand pain points and translate them into elegant technical solutions

Technical Leadership & Quality

• Architect scalable frontend solutions that can handle massive data visualization and real-time updates
• Write production-ready code with comprehensive testing, monitoring, and error handling
• Champion user experience best practices and ensure our platform delights customers at every touchpoint
• Lead technical discussions on product architecture and contribute to strategic technology decisions

Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Frontend Excellence : Expert-level TypeScript, React/Vue.js, with a strong eye for UX/UI design
• Full-Stack Capability : Node.js experience for seamless frontend-backend integration
• Cloud-Native Development : Hands-on AWS experience, particularly with serverless architectures
• Modern DevOps : Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies

Product-Focused Experience

• Track record of building customer-facing applications that handle complex data visualisation
• Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and customers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Understanding of real-time data systems and how to make them accessible to non-technical users
• Background in B2B SaaS products or logistics/supply chain technology (bonus!)
