As we continue to grow in the UK, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Account Executive to help us win new logos and expand the client base.

The role:

  

We are looking for a full-time Account Executive to help us grow our presence in our key ‘Industry Sectors’ within the UK market - Health & Social Care, Financial Services, Education and Government, where they will be responsible for driving new business revenue and winning new logos.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of selling recruitment / HR technology to new business accounts and have proven success closing deals and operating as a 360 salesperson - finding, developing and closing opportunities.

What you'll be doing:  

  • Prospect, engage and close commercial sales opportunities within Health & Social Care, Financial Services, Education and Government recruitment agencies and corporate talent acquisition departments / HR departments. 

  • Research and identify new prospects that fit Referoo’s ICP (ideal customer profile). 

  • Follow-up and manage leads through the sales pipeline from qualification to close. 

  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle within the CRM (HubSpot). 

  • Work closely with and be part of the team - product, marketing, customer success. 

  • Provide ongoing feedback received from the market and customers on the product to help drive innovation and development. 

  • Be a critical part of the team and business now and into the future. 

What you'll bring:  

  • 3 - 5 years SaaS sales experience, closing business as an Account Executive. 

  • Direct sales experience within recruitment / HR technology. 

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions with a value of £2k - £50k ARR. 

 

  • A clear communicator with an eye on the end goal, always putting the client first. 

 

  • History of successful lead generation and managing a 360 sales cycle. 

 

  • Ability and experience demonstrating a software solution and presenting to customers. 

 

  • Grit, hunger and desire, not relying on anyone or anything to drive your success. 

 

  • A hunter attitude, constantly focused on meeting and exceeding your targets. 

 

  • A team player with the desire to be a crucial aspect of a small, high-growth business.
