IT Service Asset & Configuration Manager - Remote with occasional site visits

We're looking for an experienced IT Service Asset & Configuration Manager to take ownership of SACM strategy, CMDB governance, and configuration management maturity within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role where you'll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, lead a specialist team, and drive measurable improvements across the IT organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

✅ Defining and delivering the SACM strategy and roadmap

✅ Leading CMDB governance and maturity initiatives

✅ Managing Configuration Analysts and developing team capability

✅ Driving data quality, compliance, and audit readiness

✅ Partnering with IT leadership, architecture, operations, and suppliers

✅ Ensuring ServiceNow CMDB delivers trusted operational insight

We're looking for:

✔ Strong SACM and Configuration Management experience

✔ Enterprise CMDB governance expertise

✔ ServiceNow experience (or equivalent ITSM platform)

✔ ITIL certification

✔ Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving process adoption

✔ Proven leadership experience
