I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination and planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of operations.
The Role:
As Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating works, and ensuring engineers are effectively scheduled to meet client expectations and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls and emails from clients
Logging jobs accurately onto the internal system
Planning and scheduling engineers efficiently
Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Updating clients with progress reports
Ensuring all administrative records are kept up to date
About You:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Administrator role
- Strong planning/scheduling experience is essential
Experience coordinating engineers or field-based staff
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with strong customer service ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management systems
