AI/ Automation Developer

Skills/Exposure: AI/ML, Python, ITSM, Support / Infrastructure

Office Location: Central Manchester. Required in the office twice a week.

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000

I’m working with a global leader in their field as they look to expand their AI/ML capabilities to streamline delivery, workflows and efficiency across their CX platform.

To achieve this, they are looking for an Automation/AI Developer to sit at the heart of this.

With the backing of the wider business, you will work on improving IT and customer support processes by introducing smart automation and AI tools. You’ll help design and implement virtual agents, streamline workflows like incident and change management, and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery using AI-driven solutions.

Although a standalone role, there will be opportunities to collaborate with the dedicated AI/ML division on various projects.

What you’ll need?

• Experience with AI agents & creating prompts
• Experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM
• Scripting experience: Either Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, R or similar
• A background in traditional support
• Experience documenting processes and technical requirements
• Exposure to RPA would be beneficial
