Senior Account Executive – AI Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with enterprise retail accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract signature
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key retail organisations
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear commercial value and ROI-driven business cases
- Lead discovery workshops and value conversations aligned to retailer priorities
- Navigate complex buying groups and procurement processes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to refine messaging and solution positioning
- Represent the company at retail and technology industry events
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Experience selling AI, data analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions
- Strong understanding of retail commercial drivers.
- Consultative, value-based sales approach with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
