About Relm
We are building an integrated fintech platform that brings together:
Accept: Fiat and crypto payments, online and in store
Manage: Multi currency wallets, treasury, FX, payouts
Trade: OTC crypto fiat execution and liquidity
We sit at the intersection of payments, digital assets, compliance, and treasury infrastructure. It is complex. It is regulated. It needs to be fast, clear, and trustworthy.
We are now looking for a Senior UX Designer to own the end to end experience across the entire Relm platform.
This is not a UI modernisation role. It is an innovation-first role, requiring an individual who can think creatively and solve tough design challenges. This is a platform-defining role.
The Role
You will define:
· How Relm works
· How it scales
· How we simplify complex financial workflows
· How we build trust in high risk financial environments
You will work across the full ecosystem, from merchant onboarding to payment execution to treasury dashboards and compliance flows, and make it feel cohesive and intuitive.
This is both strategic and hands on. You will:
· Design from first principles
· Challenge assumptions
· Build and evolve our design system
· Define interaction models for complex financial products
· Embed UX deeply into discovery and delivery
· Help build a genuinely design first culture
You will work in a tight Product, Design, Engineering trio where design has equal weight in decisions.
What You Will Own
Platform and Experience
· End to end UX across Accept, Manage, and Trade Verticals
· Scalable interaction patterns for payments, wallets, trading, and compliance
· Consistency across flows, components, and performance
· Turning regulatory complexity into usable experiences
Design System
Build and scale our Figma system including variables, tokens, components, and Dev Mode
Create reusable patterns for:
· KYC and KYB onboarding
· Risk and compliance workflows
· Treasury dashboards
· Trade lifecycle and execution
· Settlement and payout tracking
Ensure clean, developer ready handoffs
Execution
· Wireframes to prototypes to high fidelity designs
· Prototype complex flows using Webflow, Framer, ProtoPie or similar
· QA production builds properly
· Bake accessibility and usability in from day one
· Bring UX validation into sprint cycles
Research and Optimisation
· Run usability testing and user interviews
· Track funnel drop offs, completion times, and conversion
· Use data to refine high value financial workflows
· Iterate continuously
Designing in Regulated Environments
You will balance:
· Simplicity versus AML and KYC requirements
· Clean UX versus reporting constraints
· Speed versus compliance
· You will design for clarity in high stakes moments such as trade confirmations, rate locks, liquidity slippage, and treasury exposure.
Trust is not a design trend here. It is critical infrastructure.
AI and Experimentation
Advanced Figma workflows

What We’re Looking For
Experience
· 6+ years in UX or Product Design, ideally within fintech, trading, payments, or financial SaaS.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflows, dashboard-driven products, and platform-level thinking.
· Experience building or scaling a design system.
· Comfortable operating in startup or scaleup environments, ideally within regulated or security-sensitive contexts.
Skills & Mindset
· Systems thinker with strong interaction design skills.
· Detail-oriented and analytical, comfortable working with A/B tests and funnel metrics.
· Able to translate business goals into clear, elegant user experiences.
· Thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively across teams, and takes real ownership of quality.
Nice to Have
Experience with trading interfaces, crypto or digital asset platforms, financial infrastructure, or admin and back-office tooling.
