Sales Leader – Gift Cards & Prepaid Digital Incentives

Our platform enables businesses to seamlessly reward users and employees with prepaid digital cards, airtime, and digital gifts. As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is laser-focused on results, and is passionate about helping businesses unlock the power of digital incentives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute Reloadly’s go-to-market strategy for digital gift cards and prepaid incentives.
  • Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through closing, focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts globally - with a focus on the US market.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline through outbound strategies, partnerships, inbound interest and events and conferences.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in HR, finance, and rewards platforms.
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the revenue org.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5+ years in the gift cards, prepaid, or digital incentives space.
  • Proven success selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the prepaid card ecosystem or prepaid money cards (e.g., incentives, rewards, loyalty, fintech integrations).
  • Experience crafting GTM strategies and leading outreach campaigns from the ground up.
  • Strong communicator, capable of articulating complex solutions in simple, compelling terms.
  • CRM experiences - pipeline lead generation and workflow automations
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a huge plus.
