The Role

• Coach team members (many non-native English speakers) who are currently developing their speaking skills
• Lead 1:1 sessions and group workshops to build confidence, fluency, and clarity
• Teach precision in language, vocabulary expansion, and structured thinking
• Develop critical thinking skills—help intelligent professionals articulate complex ideas effortlessly
• Work with diverse, global teams across all seniority levels (offshore and onshore talent)

You Have

• Exceptionally high personal verbal IQ—you must model the eloquence you teach
• Proven background in competitive debating (Oxford, Harvard, Cambridge, Yale, WUDC strongly preferred) OR executive communication coaching
• Experience teaching/developing speakers who are building foundational skills (not just polishing already-strong communicators)
• Tier-1 consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&) highly valued for teaching structured thinking
• Comfortable coaching very intelligent non-fluent/non-native English speakers
