自动驾驶运维工程师 Autonomous Driving Operations and Maintenance Engineer

岗位职责:

1. 负责自动驾驶车辆的日常系统检查、维护与保障工作;
2. 负责自动驾驶车辆的软件部署、OTA升级;
3. 负责自动驾驶车辆的传感器标定和上线质检;
4. 负责自动驾驶车辆软硬件故障排查、诊断,并协助进行车辆维修;
5. 负责编写自动驾驶车辆运维相关文档及手册;
6. 负责自动驾驶车辆售后运维体系建设,包括流程建设、故障统计、工作方法总结等;

任职要求:

1. 计算机、自动化、车辆工程、电子等专业、本科以上学历;
2. 熟悉linux操作系统,具备3年以上系统运维及调试经验;
3. 掌握至少1种脚本语言,如Shell、Python等;
4. 熟悉ADAS/自动驾驶的系统架构与功能;
5. 具备中文交流能力,能读写中文文档;
6. 有较好的沟通能力,工作认真、负责,具备抗压能力;
7. 有ROS系统及自动驾驶相关工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily system inspection, maintenance, and support of autonomous driving vehicles.
2. Responsible for software deployment and OTA updates for autonomous driving vehicles.
3. Responsible for sensor calibration and pre-delivery quality inspection of autonomous driving vehicles.
4. Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues in autonomous driving vehicles, and assisting with vehicle repairs.
5. Responsible for creating operational and maintenance documentation and manuals for autonomous driving vehicles.
6. Responsible for establishing the after-sales maintenance system for autonomous driving vehicles, including process development, fault statistics, work method summarization, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
2. Proficient in Linux operating system, with at least 3 years of experience in system operation, maintenance, and debugging.
3. Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Shell or Python.
4. Familiar with the system architecture and functionality of ADAS/autonomous driving.
5. Able to communicate in Chinese and read/write Chinese documentation.
6. Strong communication skills, diligent and responsible, with the ability to work under pressure.
7. Experience with ROS systems and autonomous driving-related work is preferred.
