As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Belfast team and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market.

The Role
You'll work closely with our leadership and recruitment teams to plan and deliver marketing activity that supports business growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to all areas of marketing, from content and campaigns to social events and analytics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and delivering marketing activity across digital and offline channels.
- Creating content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates, and newsletters.
- Assisting with paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and tracking. performance.
- Helping manage website content, SEO, and brand messaging.
- Monitoring marketing spend and advertising usage.
- Arranging office social events, and supporting sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Working closely with the leadership team to align marketing with wider business goals.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year experience in marketing (B2B marketing experience is a bonus).
- A good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong written skills and an eye for engaging content.
- Organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
- Comfortable working proactively, managing tasks independently.
- Happy to work on-site in a busy Belfast office.
