About Us

We're growing our Belfast team and are looking to hire a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

Reperio Human Capital is an IT recruitment consultancy based in Belfast City Centre. We recruit into the tech market across Ireland and the US, with offices in Belfast, Dublin and Tampa, Florida.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's confident speaking to people, comfortable on the phone and wants a role where effort actually turns into earnings.

The role

You'll be trained from day one and gradually take on responsibility for your own recruitment desk. Day to day will include:

• Speaking to candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
• Sourcing and building a pipeline of talent
• Making outbound calls to candidates and clients
• Supporting with business development and lead chasing
• Booking interviews and managing feedback
• Learning the IT market and how recruitment works end to end

It's fast paced, sales-driven so if you like being busy and seeing results from your work, you'll enjoy it.

What we're looking for

• Ideally 6 months experience in a sales or target-driven role
• Outbound sales experience is a big plus (phone-based, field sales, lead gen, etc.)
• Confident communicator, especially on the phone
• Resilient, motivated and not afraid of rejection
• Someone who wants to build a career in recruitment
