My client is an innovative market-maker in the Cybersecurity space, who are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers to develop a world-class cloud-native platform that will transform how enterprises protect their sensitive data and intellectual property.

Software Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Technical Leadership of the software development team.
• Day-to-day guidance of the team o ensure development in on track.
• Recruitment of top talent to build out your Engineering team.
• Collaborate with other Engineering Leads to meet business goals while delivering high quality service to your customers.
• Actively lead in career development of your team via appraisals, 1-2-1's, and mentoring.

Software Engineering Manager - Required Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience within software development across C and C++ with experience at the driver and kernel module layer.
• Expertise in software development principles and processes including debugging, design, and implementation.
• Experience in Test Automation and CICD processes.
• Prior experience developing cybersecurity products is desirable.
• Proven track record in recruiting top talent to build out your engineering team.
• Ability to cultivate a creative and collaborative culture.
