INTEGRATION AI AUTOMATION CONSULTING MANAGER

Role Overview:As an Integration & Automation Consulting Manager at Glue Reply, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and delivering cutting-edge solutions in data, integration, automation, and AI. You will manage client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and align strategic goals with technical delivery across people, process, data, and technology. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert consultancy and leadership, supporting clients from the C-suite to delivery teams, while also contributing to Glue Reply's senior leadership and business performance.
Responsibilities:- Lead the Integration & Automation business unit, taking full accountability for its performance and growth.
- Provide expert guidance on integration strategy and best practices to a diverse client portfolio.
- Act as a thought leader in integration and automation, shaping and supporting delivery strategies across multiple clients.
- Develop go-to-market propositions for integration and automation, including perspectives on AI disruption.
- Offer technical leadership to Integration Designers and Developers, serving as a key technical point of contact for clients.
- Support the development of Glue Reply's intellectual property within the Integration & Automation Practice.
- Deliver pre-sales support for integration-related opportunities, and manage business development activities, including the design and shaping of solution architectures and strategies.
- Conduct technical screening and evaluation of candidate integration designers and developers.
- Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science, Technology, or Business Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering integration and automation solutions, with at least 2 years in an Integration Architect or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in ESB technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle, WebMethods, Talend, Tibco, Dell Boomi) and integration design and development.
- Strong working knowledge of IT strategy and architecture, Agile methodologies, and related tooling and processes.
- In-depth understanding of SOA, REST principles, API management, MFT, ETL, and messaging concepts.
- Broad technical experience, including security, data management, cloud solutions, and preferably some exposure to J2EE, XML, XSLT, or web services.
- Proven ability to generate new business development opportunities and manage the sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, willingness to travel for client engagements, and experience developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organisational levels.
