Project Manager
An international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile Data Alignment initiative within its Data, Reporting & Analytics (DRA) programme.
As part of a strategic Investment Portfolio, this role sits within the Change Management Office (CMO) and will play a key part in delivering a firm-wide reporting and analytics ecosystem underpinned by strong data governance and a unified data strategy.
The Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a Data Alignment project focused on standardising, governing, and integrating core master data domains. Working across business, technology, data, and change teams, you will deliver both immediate tactical improvements and longer-term transformation to master data management.
This is a senior role requiring confident engagement with executive sponsors and structured delivery within a complex, programme-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery aligned to DRA programme objectives
- Manage plans, budgets, dependencies, risks, and governance reporting
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and third-party suppliers
- Embed effective change management and business readiness practices
About You
- Proven experience delivering data-focused projects (MDM, data governance, data alignment, or standardisation)
- Strong end-to-end project management background within structured programmes or portfolios
- Experienced in managing matrix teams, third-party vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder, global environments
- Experience within professional services, legal, or partnership-based organisations preferred
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM (or equivalent) certification desirable
Exposure to legal systems, analytics platforms, and multiple master data domains (client, matter, rates, people, organisation) would be advantageous.
