Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days working from home after probation)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start times between 7:30am and 9:30am)

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance applications that deliver real business value.

The Role
  • Gather and analyse requirements from the product backlog and design specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and develop both declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions to a high standard.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I is desirable).
  • Strong experience configuring Salesforce, including Flows, Workflow Rules and Process Builder.
  • Hands-on development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader and other Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous.
  • A passion for continuous learning through Trailhead and Salesforce certifications.
