Service Desk Analyst

My Client is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our end users across multiple locations while ensuring excellence in IT service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our dedicated IT team, you’ll provide high-quality technical support across a wide range of systems and platforms. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, offering expert assistance and ensuring that our infrastructure supports the business effectively, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for systems including:

    • Windows 11 OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft AD Admin Tools

    • Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Applications

    • Mobile Device Management using Intune

    • Palo Alto Global Protect VPN, Crowdstrike ED&R, and Qualys Vulnerability Management

    • SAP Concur, ePDQ, Contact Centre as a Service (TalkDesk)

    • Banking systems including CitiDirect, Barclays.Net, and ING

    • Bespoke CRM and POS systems

    • Microsoft SCCM 2016

    • ITSM tools, especially Freshservice

  • Work with users across the UK to ensure swift issue resolution and proactive system support.

  • Support operations in a highly regulated financial environment with a strong focus on compliance and data security.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience supporting end users across various geographic locations.

  • Exposure to the motor finance industry is a strong advantage.

  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
