The Opportunity

As Workday Product Owner, you’ll define and prioritise the backlog, guide implementation of new features, and ensure seamless integration of Workday’s HR and Finance modules into our ways of working. You’ll partner with stakeholders across People, Finance, IT and third-party consultants to drive value from our investment and enable data-driven decision-making firm-wide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Roadmap

• Define and communicate a clear Workday vision for HR & Finance modules.

• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in line with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior leaders in People & Finance to translate requirements into user stories.

• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and regular sprint reviews.

Delivery & Integration

- Work closely with Scrum teams, external Workday consultants, and integration partners.

  • Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and deliver training, change management plans, and user-support materials.

• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous enhancements.

About You
  • 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on Workday HR & Finance implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Core HCM, Financial Management, Absence & Time Tracking, and related integrations.
  • Exceptional at writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing agile delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in a professional services context.
  • Strong communicator, organiser, and problem-solver with change management experience.
