Drive the adoption and growth of a partner digital sales platform across an international partner ecosystem.

Our client is a leading global technology organisation seeking a senior leader operating at Director level to expand digital revenue and increase partner self-service through its digital sales platforms. The role will focus on growing digital engagement and digital adoption across an international partner ecosystem while helping establish a consistent digital sales approach across multiple regions.

This position sits at the intersection of digital platform adoption, partner engagement and channel sales, helping partners transact more efficiently while enabling internal sales teams to focus on higher-value opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Digital Engagement & Growth

  • Drive growth in partner revenue transacted through digital sales and digital commerce platforms
  • Increase partner usage of online quoting, ordering and renewal capabilities
  • Develop initiatives that accelerate partner adoption and digital engagement

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Lead initiatives to onboard and enable partners to use digital sales tools and partner platforms
  • Promote the value of digital engagement in improving efficiency and partner visibility
  • Identify barriers to adoption and improve usage through partner feedback and analytics
Channel Collaboration
  • Work closely with digital platform teams, product owners and commercial leadership
  • Partner with marketing teams to support partner activation and partner programme initiatives
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor digital adoption and platform performance
Programme Delivery
  • Establish frameworks and reporting to support consistent execution across regions
  • Work with regional leadership to embed digital engagement and partner enablement practices
  • Support continuous improvement of partner digital engagement processes
Performance & Insight
  • Track metrics relating to platform adoption, digital transactions and partner engagement
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on improving digital sales performance
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify partner engagement processes
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven leadership experience in Digital Sales or Inside Sales environments
  • Strong B2B commercial background
  • Significant experience working within partner ecosystems including vendors, distributors, resellers or technology partners
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of digital sales platforms or digital commerce platforms
  • Experience operating across multi-country environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs and digital adoption data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desirable
  • Experience within technology distribution, vendor partner programmes or channel sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, partner platforms or digital commerce tools
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, partner engagement or channel enablement programmes
