A high-profile opportunity for a commercially credible and hands-on digital sales leader to drive partner engagement, platform adoption and behavioural change across a large international technology environment.

This role sits at the centre of a major digital sales transformation programme focused on increasing partner adoption of digital platforms, improving engagement across a global partner ecosystem and creating more scalable and consistent ways of working.

The successful individual will operate across a highly matrixed international business, influencing regional teams, commercial leadership and partner communities without direct authority. This is therefore a role for somebody comfortable operating at scale, driving change through influence and working hands-on within a visible transformation environment.
