This is a pure commission role with a deliberately generous reward structure. Theres no bonus cap — what you earn is entirely down to what you close. Run it as your full-time focus or alongside an existing role; the choice is yours.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING

Residence360 brings properties, repairs, compliance, rent and residents into one secure system, with AI and regulatory work built in rather than bolted on. Modules our clients switch on include:

  • Properties & Units, Voids and Inspections
  • Repairs and Compliance & Certificates — monitored live, with AI alerts
  • Live AI review of support logs and compliance
  • Damp & Mould and Safeguarding
  • Rent & Arrears, Complaints and Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Tenant Referrals, TSM Surveys and Social Value / SROI reporting — measured in real time.

You'll be talking to housing associations, support providers and exempt accommodation operators who are under pressure to prove compliance and demonstrate the value they create. Residence360 gives them both — instantly, and with AI on their side.

HOW THE ROLE WORKS

  • Flexible: work it full-time or part-time, around an existing job, on your own schedule.
  • Commission-only: no salary, no cap, no ceiling on what you can earn. You're rewarded on results, not hours.
  • Backed: warm collateral, demo support and product training so you can sell the AI story with confidence from day one.
  • Recurring: the more you sell, the more you keep earning through recurring residuals (see below).
  • Remote: sell from anywhere in the UK. All you need is a phone, a laptop and the drive to open doors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify and approach supported housing and exempt accommodation providers across the UK.
  • Open conversations, qualify need and book product demonstrations (we can support or run the demo with you).
  • Lead with the AI and live-compliance USP — show prospects what real-time visibility actually feels like.
  • Guide prospects from first contact through to signed subscription.
  • Build a pipeline you own — and a residual income that grows with every client who stays.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A natural opener who's comfortable starting conversations and asking for the business.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven — you don't need a manager standing over you.
  • Able to grasp a product quickly and explain its value simply — especially the AI advantage.
  • Bonus points for experience in SaaS, housing, social care or B2B sales — but hunger beats a CV here.
  • Self-employed basis: you'll operate as a self-employed consultant (you handle your own tax and NI).

EARNINGS & REWARDS

  • New-deal commission: 15–20% of first-year subscription value, paid on every new client you sign.
  • Recurring residual: 5–10% of the subscription, paid monthly for as long as the client stays.
  • Fast-start bonus: one-off for closing your first deal within 30 days.
  • Volume accelerator: hit 2 new clients in a quarter and your commission rate rises to 25%.
