We're growing fast and looking for a
Backend Developer (Django)
who's passionate about building scalable systems, solving complex problems, and contributing to a product that's reshaping the dine-in landscape in the UK.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain
  scalable backend APIs
  using Django.
• Develop and optimise
  database models and queries
  (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Integrate
  payment gateways
  and
  third-party services
  .
• Implement
  event-driven architecture
  for high-performance systems.
• Ensure backend
  security, performance, and reliability
  .
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.

What We Need

• Proven expertise in
  Python & Django
  .
• Experience with
  REST API
  and
  GraphQL
  development.
• Strong understanding of
  database optimisation
  and
  authentication (JWT/OAuth2)
  .
• Knowledge of
  asynchronous programming
  (Celery, Channels).
• Bonus: Experience with
  FastAPI
  ,
  Kafka/RabbitMQ
  ,
  Docker
  ,
  AWS/GCP
  ,
  Redis
  , or
  Prometheus/Grafana
  .
