About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Resolutiion, you will drive awareness and adoption of our category-defining AI solution in the enterprise conflict and dispute resolution space. You’ll help us connect with mid-sized and large enterprises, understand what they’re dealing with, and show them how our AI platform can make their lives easier, smoother, and more productive. Your ability to connect with people, ask the right questions, and explain our value clearly will be key—not to mention your curiosity and excitement for building something new and meaningful. You’ll be joining a fast-moving team that’s rethinking how the world works (literally), and your voice will help shape how we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of a targeted account list—managing inbound interest while proactively reaching out to high-potential prospects across key industries- sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
- Conduct research and engage with senior stakeholders, particularly in procurement and commercial functions, through a thoughtful mix of outreach channels.
- Deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning Resolutiion’s solutions with their needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility within our CRM and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product to refine messaging, improve conversion, and influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback.
- Support the development of our sales playbook to enable scaling, documenting learnings that can be applied across accounts.
- Support the company’s presence at industry events, helping represent the business, network with potential prospects, and actively source and qualify new leads at these events.
You Might Be Our Person If
- You’ve got 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting—especially if that includes SaaS, procurement tech, or enterprise software.
- You’re up for a bit of travel across EMEA, the US and APAC to meet leads at key industry events.
- You’re persistent, resilient and results driven.
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to your work, and you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and excited to take on new challenges as you grow in your role.
- You’re adaptable, flexible, and not afraid to wear a few different hats when needed.
Bonus Points (But Not Deal-Breakers)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and email automation.
- Understanding of procurement, contract management, or supply chain is a plus.
- Experience targeting procurement professionals or selling into Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, Pharma, Retail, or Financial Services is a plus.
