Level 2 Administration Assistant Apprentice (Salary £16,000)
Join Resolve ASB as a Level 2 Administration Apprentice, supporting our learning & development team as well as assisting with events, member services and day-to-day office activities while developing practical administration and digital skills in a friendly team.
Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of training courses, events and apprenticeship programmes, including bookings, joining instructions, registers and learner records.
- Assist with monitoring email inboxes, responding to routine enquiries and escalating more complex queries to colleagues or supervisors.
- Answer telephone calls professionally, take messages and direct enquiries to the appropriate person.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Support meetings by preparing papers, taking minutes and distributing notes and actions as required.
- Collect and process learner, delegate and customer feedback and support the production of simple evaluation reports.
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting, including member engagement, course attendance and feedback summaries.
- Assist colleagues with the preparation, coordination and delivery of conferences, events and presentations.

Resolve is a small organisation experiencing growth. Subject to business needs and successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent administrative role in a specific area of responsibility.
