ERP Programme Lead (SAP – ECC / S/4HANA)
Location: Remote (UK or Germany-based)
Resource On Demand (ROD) are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global consultancy, who are seeking an experienced ERP Programme Lead (SAP) to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across Europe.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned consulting professional to join one of the world’s most respected consultancies and lead end-to-end SAP programmes that shape the future of enterprise operations across multiple industries.
What you’ll do:
- Lead SAP ERP transformation programmes (ECC & S/4HANA) from strategy through to successful delivery
- Oversee large, multi-vendor and offshore delivery teams operating across geographies
- Build and manage strong relationships with C-Level stakeholders and business leaders
- Develop programme structure, governance, and delivery frameworks ensuring quality outcomes on time and budget
- Drive proposals, financial planning, and business cases for major ERP initiatives
- Guide and mentor consulting teams, sharing best practices and thought leadership
What you’ll bring:
- Proven background in consulting, with deep programme leadership experience
- Expertise in SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA) solutions and full lifecycle transformation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience operating in complex, global environments
- SAP certification highly desirable
- Flexibility to travel within the UK, Germany and across Europe as required
- Experience in Life Sciences, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors would be ideal
