This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, designing scalable solutions, and guiding stakeholders through successful Salesforce Field Service implementations. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of projects while collaborating closely with other Salesforce professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring business needs are fully met.
- Lead technical discussions and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Provide architectural guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and design principles.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record delivering Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
- Strong background as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications and British-based candidates highly preferred.
