Digital Software Services Sales Leader – Banking (London / Hybrid)
This is a brand-new role focused on selling large-scale CRM and transformation programmes into leading banks. You’ll be positioning Salesforce and Oracle and other enterprise platforms in competitive environments.
This is a pure sales role with a strong focus on hunting, building pipeline, and closing high-value deals within Tier 1 banking institutions.

Key responsibilities
Drive new business sales across Tier 1 banking clients
Individual contributor with the chance to grow and lead a team in the future
Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets
Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in banking organisations
Position CRM and digital transformation services, including Salesforce, Oracle and competing platforms
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape winning solutions
Engage in co-selling motions with key ecosystem partners, including Salesforce
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close
Skills and experience required
Proven track record selling digital or CRM transformation services
Strong experience selling into Financial Services, particularly large banking clients
Background with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft
Ability to sell against competing technologies and articulate value clearly
Strong hunting mindset with a focus on new business development
Commercially driven with experience managing large revenue targets
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with travel to London a regular expectation
