- Engage directly with clients across the UK and internationally
- 3+ years experience in account management (IT or digital consultancy preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing account performance
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Confidence in presenting proposals and leading client discussions
- A proactive, fast-paced mindset with a focus on results
- Experience with enterprise clients (financial services, public sector, or multinational organisations is a plus)
