HRIS Analyst

Resourcing4HR are working with a fast-paced, global technology business based in West London, currently undergoing a major HR systems transformation. They are now looking to appoint a hands-on, detail-focused HRIS Analyst to support the rollout and optimisation of their new HR System.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that combines the scale of a global business with the energy of a start-up.

In this role, you'll:

• Support system configuration and ongoing maintenance

• Drive data accuracy and process improvements

• Create reports and dashboards to inform key decisions

• Collaborate with HR, Tech, and external vendors

What we're looking for:

• Experience in an HRIS / HR Systems / HR Operations role

• Working knowledge of UKG or similar platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM

• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or UKG Analytics)

• A curious mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
