Nexus builds AI powered SaaS products designed for knowledge intensive, information heavy industries. We focus on areas where complexity creates bottlenecks, and we use advanced AI to turn weeks of work into minutes of structured, verified insight.

At the core of every Nexus product is our repeatable AI engine - ingesting diverse information, applying sophisticated analysis, and generating polished, professional ready outputs. From legal case analysis to tender automation, our platforms continuously learn and evolve, delivering compounding value to our users.

We are now entering a high growth phase and are looking for a talented full stack AI developer to help shape the next generation of our products.

The Products You'll Work On

Sherlock - AI Driven Legal Case Analysis
Transforming litigation preparation through automated case ingestion, ML powered reasoning, and structured output creation.

RFP Service - AI Powered Tender Response Automation
A platform that uses an evolving corporate knowledge base to automate and streamline tender submissions.

These are real, high impact products used by professionals - not prototypes.

The Role

As a Full Stack AI Software Developer, you will work across the entire engineering lifecycle: front end interfaces, backend logic, database design, deployment, AI integration, and system monitoring. You'll be joining a small, hands on engineering team where every line of code matters and every feature directly impacts end users.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, variety, and the opportunity to deeply influence product direction.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and enhance full stack AI applications using Python, TypeScript, and modern front end frameworks
  • Build intuitive, component based UIs with Tailwind CSS
  • Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities via LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
  • Design and maintain database schemas using Supabase or other relational technologies
  • Manage code through GitHub with professional version control practices
  • Deploy and maintain services on Railway, AWS, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate closely with founders, data scientists, and end users to iterate product features
  • Contribute to architecture, technical direction, and system monitoring setup (e.g., DataDog)
Who We're Looking For
  • 2 5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Experience working on large, complex applications as part of a team
  • Strong full stack capability:
    • Front end: TypeScript, React, Tailwind
    • Backend: Python
    • Databases: Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar
  • Hands on experience with AI/ML tooling: embeddings, LLM libraries, vector databases
  • Familiarity with AI assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
  • Background in a startup, consulting firm, or mature engineering environment
  • Ability to work independently, own problems end to end, and operate in a small team
  • Strong communication skills, including working with non technical stakeholders
Why Join Us?
  • Shape real AI products at an early stage company with proven product market fit
  • Work across the full stack and the full product lifecycle
  • Direct collaboration with founders and domain experts
  • Competitive salary + up to 20% performance bonus
  • Flexible hybrid working options
