• 7+ yearsof Oracle HCM experience with a strong OTL focus
• 23+ full OTL implementationsas Functional Lead
• Expert-level Fast Formuladevelopment
• Experience designing complex rules (OT, shift premiums, holidays, union rules)
• Strong integration knowledge with Payroll & Absence
• Understanding of security & role-based access
• UK/ multi-country payroll experience (preferred)
