Role: ServiceNow Developer
Job Location: London, UK
Mode of hiring: Fixed Term Contract 3 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for one of our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, and developing seamless integrations with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Configuration: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows, flow designer actions, and catalog items.
- Integrations: Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP web services.
- Service Portal: Develop Service Portal pages, widgets, and enhance user experience.
- System Upgrades & Maintenance: Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and health check-ups.
- Documentation & Testing: Create technical documentation and perform unit testing, UAT, and bug fixing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
- Scripting Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Module Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
- Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
