The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutionsKey Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog)Experience in ServiceNow development, customization, workflows, and integrationsStrong experience in development and scriptingHands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and automationExperience with CMDB, reporting, and dashboardsKnowledge of Agile and ITIL processesITSMITOMComplaints ManagementProblem ManagementKnowledge ManagementResponsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.Configure workflows using Flow Designer.Work with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management.Build Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Service Catalog items.Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Develop dashboards and reports for IT operations and sustainability metrics.Support Green IT initiatives such as:IT asset lifecycle managementEnergy and carbon trackingDevice utilization and optimizationSustainable IT reportingExperience: 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development / DesignStrong scripting and automation experienceITIL certification is a plusTPBN1_UKTJ
