Account Executive - Employee Benefits

The Company

We are partnering with a fast-growing, international Employee Benefits Tech company transforming how organisations deliver employee benefits. Their platform enables employers to offer flexible, digital-first solutions with a strong focus on health, wellbeing, and employee engagement.

With a rapidly expanding customer base and strong market momentum, the business is scaling its commercial team to support continued growth across key markets.

The Role

We are looking for new business Account Executives to join the team to drive new revenue, focused on health and wellbeing employee benefits solutions.

This is a full sales cycle role owning the whole process from prospecting through to close - with additional support from marketing and SDR functions.

Experience Required

  • Sold technology or technology-driven solutions to HR and/or Benefits Stakeholders - for example Employee Benefits, EAP, Corporate Wellness or related solutions
  • New business focused - comfortable building your own pipeline, ideally with experience closing deals but SDRs looking to make the step up will be considered
  • Ambitious - the company is growing fast and they want people to join who are excited by this space and want to progress quickly.
