Full Stack Engineer (Founding Team)

We are representing an early-stage AI technology startup. After successfully validating their core technology with a high-performance prototype, they are looking for their first core engineering hire to lead the transition to a flagship SaaS platform.

This is a rare "Founding Engineer" opportunity to work directly with the leadership team, influencing both the technical architecture and the product roadmap from day one.

The Role

• Production Scaling: Bridge the gap between prototype and a secure, enterprise-ready SaaS environment.
• Interface Design: Build and own the UI end-to-end, focusing on data visualization and making AI-generated insights legible and actionable.
• Backend Architecture: Collaborate on agentic workflows and design secure pipelines for sensitive data.
• Engineering Culture: Establish CI/CD, testing frameworks, and monitoring to maintain high operational excellence.
• Compliance: Build with security at the forefront to meet international data protection and AI governance standards.
