Candidates MUST come from a Technical and Finance/FinTech background.
We are recruiting on behalf of a major FinTech organization that operates as a critical digital bridge for the global financial markets. Following a period of significant growth, they are looking for a Implementation Lead to build and spearhead a newly created global capability.
This is a high-impact, "foundational" role. You will be responsible for defining how the business delivers and transitions complex software solutions into client environments, ensuring scalability and technical excellence across every go-live.
The Technical Landscape
You will bridge the gap between Product, Technology, and the Client, managing the full technical lifecycle of a software rollout:
- Integration Architecture: Collaborating on the design of technical implementations tailored to diverse client landscapes.
- SaaS Delivery: Owning the end-to-end migration and conversion strategy for enterprise-grade financial systems.
- Environment Control: Managing system configurations across UAT and Production environments for new deployments and major upgrades.
- Methodology: Building and testing repeatable "run books" and implementation strategies to ensure a seamless transition for end-users.

Your Impact
- Capability Building: You will shape the global implementation process, making key decisions on how to establish a high-functioning, client-facing technical team.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage project lifecycles from initial client workshops through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a technical consultant during the sales cycle, understanding client technology stacks to co-design effective implementation plans.
- Risk Management: Act as the primary escalation point for all delivery-related technical risks, ensuring visibility and mitigation for internal and external stakeholders.

- FinTech Specialist: You have a deep background in implementing complex Financial Systems (e.g., platforms for accounting, reporting, or transactional data).
- Delivery-Focused: You are a self-starter who thrives in Lean and Agile environments and has a proven track record in SaaS or Professional Services.
- Problem Solver: You can untangle complex technical and organizational hurdles to ensure software is delivered on time and within budget.
- Effective Communicator: You are comfortable translating deep technical issues into clear business logic for executive stakeholders.

- Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum.
