🚀 Cross-Border Payments Manager

We’re working with a fast-growing fintech startup in the payments space looking to hire a payments specialist into their Operations team.

This is a high-impact role focused on launching new payment rails, payout corridors, and sender markets globally, while also supporting daily payment operations.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Launch new payment rails and markets from testing through to go-live

• Troubleshoot complex international payments

• Support daily payment operations and liquidity management

• Improve operational processes and scalability

• Train teams on new payment flows and processes

🧠 Experience required:

• 4+ years within payments, FX, fintech, treasury, or banking operations

• Strong understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent banking, card rails, or stablecoins

• Operational mindset with experience improving processes and solving payment issues

• Startup or scale-up experience preferred

⭐ Desirable:

• Emerging markets or African payment corridor exposure

• Stablecoin / crypto rails experience

• French or Chinese language skills
