Azure Data Engineer

Our client is a global consultancy currently delivering a project within the financial services space and is seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join on a contract basis.

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, building and optimizing scalable data pipelines for datasets using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure cloud services.
  • Hands-on development experience with Scala and performance tuning in large-scale distributed data processing environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams in an Agile setup, with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and stakeholder communication for end-to-end data engineering delivery.

Contract Details:

  • This position will be paying up to £535 p/day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
  • Initial contract is 6 Months, with likelihood to extend
  • 3 days a week onsite in Central London
