Senior Software Engineer (Python/LLMs) | up to £100k - £140k + Equity | London

Ground breaking AI startup building next-generation voice intelligence, real-time AI voice agents that help businesses run smoother, scale faster and deliver better customer experiences.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the core product, working across the stack to build AI-driven voice solutions powered by LLMs, speech-to-text and text-to-speech.

You'll work directly with customers, own projects end-to-end, and help define the technical direction from the ground up.

The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, engineers are trusted to move quickly, make decisions, and solve complex problems that push the boundaries of AI voice.

Stack: Python, FastAPI, Next.js, TypeScript, Event-driven systems, Serverless, LLMs

What do you need?

• Strong Backend engineering experience (Python)
• Experience working with LLMs (commercial or non commercial)
• Understanding on streaming, core async functions etc (beneficial)
