Support Engineer Lead (Java) | New Contract Opportunity!

  • Lead BAU production support for Interface/Middleware platforms (built on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.)
  • Provide support for integration services using REST APIs.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise message flows and service performance.
  • Support database-related issue resolution involving Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Coordinate production releases, change management, and incident resolution with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams in a BAU model.
  • Mentor and oversee support team members.

Requirements:

  • Java
  • Linux
  • SQL
  • BONUS: Financial experience, experience with Cucumber.

Contract Details:

  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Up to £380 per day.
  • Hybrid, 3 days on-site, 2 days remote, London.
  • 6 month contract initially.
  • Inside IR35 via Umbrella.
