ReveNet is a fast-growing international messaging and authentication provider working with major Mobile Network Operators worldwide. We help MNOs fight fraud, protect revenues, and win in the high-stakes world of A2P SMS through smart technology and high-impact managed services.

We're looking for a Key Partnerships Manager that is driven, agile and who thrives in change, thinks strategically, and executes relentlessly. We are looking for someone to develop both new and existing revenues within the A2P Revenue assurance arena in North Africa and Francophone Africa. You will prospect new business by advertising, cold calling, networking or other methods of producing interest from potential MNO clients; designing persuasive approaches and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers. In parallel you will work with existing key accounts, building robust multi-level relationships across the C-Suite and the operational influencers – the core objective being the protection of existing revenues and the and extension of the agreements at the appropriate time. You will be required to work across the business with all teams associated with driving revenue growth, marketing, technical, mid and senior level management to continue with the ongoing growth of ReveNet. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect for new clients and convert them into Revenue Assurance (A2P Monetisation) Contracted customers.
  • Protect existing revenues in key accounts by improving existing relationships, working across the full 'decision making' landscape.
  • Create a solid Key Account Development Plan inclusive of a strong governance model to ensure the ongoing revenues of the client.
  • Utilise existing contacts within the MNO theatre to accelerate sales cycle for new business.
  • Rapidly build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of value and depth.
  • Accurately forecast revenues against pre-determined sales targets.
  • Build a strong understanding of the financial drivers associated with A2P monetisation and build sales proposals based upon solid financial understanding and intelligence gathering.
  • Represent the business at local or international events relevant to the MNO / A2P space in order to build relationships of value alongside gathering intelligence from the market around trends and developments.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and Brand positioning.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of future trends and evolving landscape in Revenue Assurance for MNOs especially in A2P, RCS adoption, OTT messaging, two-way communication and the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or relevant industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of MNO focused sales experience
  • Excellent communication and IT fluency
  • Proven track record of working in target driven environment with ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Superior time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools/platforms e.g. Salesforce, which helps businesses manage customer relationships, sales and data effectively.
